Chanel seeks a Business System Analyst – Finance in Hong Kong to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 implementations across APAC regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance and internal teams across global, APAC regions and markets with external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
- Support end-to-end project delivery from business requirements discovery through final testing, training, and transition from project to operations
- Communicate and coordinate with various internal teams (global, regional, finance, business, technology) and external vendors to enable seamless system and integration rollouts
- Review solution design documents to identify local technical dependencies and initiate necessary changes
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation including system design documents, UAT test scripts, functional requirement documents, and user manuals
- Monitor, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 to ensure critical business functions operate smoothly and efficiently
- Manage external vendors to provide quality and timely system support
- Support the change request process, monitor development quality and deployment outcomes
- Oversee integration support between Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX 2012 and Bank Platform, COUPA, and CONCUR systems
- Provide application system support to end-users as required
Qualifications
- University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst for IT systems
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX 2012
- Experience in systems implementation, enhancement, and configurations
- Experience in financial month-end closing processes
- Experience in bank payment integration
- Experience working at a regional level across multiple APAC countries
- Agile or PMP certification (desirable)
- Microsoft Certificates on Dynamics 365 related topics (desirable)
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury retail (desired)

At least 5 years' professional experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst for enterprise IT systems. Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX 2012 implementations, enhancements, and configurations. Demonstrated experience in financial month-end closing workflows, bank payment integration, and procurement-to-payment processes. Hands-on involvement in systems implementation projects and regional rollouts across multiple APAC countries.
Education
University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
