Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and own end-to-end business processes for location/master data (stores, concessions, DCs, pop-ups) to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness across retail and e‑commerce systems.
  • Establish and steward location data governance: define data owners, stewardship roles, quality rules, validation workflows and SLAs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with IT, Retail Operations, Real Estate, Merchandising and Analytics to integrate location data into downstream systems and reporting.
  • Define KPIs, monitor data quality metrics, perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective action to reduce incidents and duplicates.
  • Manage process change and implementation projects, including requirements specification, testing, rollout and adoption tracking.
  • Develop and deliver training, process documentation and playbooks for global teams and local markets.
  • Partner with technical teams to specify integrations, data models and remediation scripts; oversee data migrations and cleanses.
  • Champion continuous improvement using process-design methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma or Agile) to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading business process design and data governance for location or master data in a retail, luxury or consumer goods environment.
  • Demonstrable success managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving adoption across international markets.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience establishing data quality frameworks and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with geospatial/location datasets and the unique lifecycle of retail estate data (store openings, closures, relocations, concessions).
  • Project management experience; certifications such as Prince2, Agile or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
