Business Process Analyst – Order-to-Cash at Chanel in London. Support global O2C transformation on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end process analysis and transformation across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including sales order management, stock fulfilment, customer and supplier management, billing, invoicing, and collections
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test scenario preparation, business user coordination, defect tracking, validation of fixes, and documentation of results
- Validate integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and other Tier 1 systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with expected process outcomes
- Document, maintain, and communicate business process flows and requirements across global and regional teams; gather, clarify, and document business requirements, process variations, pain points, and dependencies
- Prepare and maintain training materials, process guidance, frequently asked questions, Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and knowledge-management content to support consistent adoption of global O2C standards
- Support regional and divisional deployment activities by preparing workshop materials, capturing local process variations, maintaining action logs, and documenting decisions and risks
- Perform data analysis and monitoring of O2C performance, process outcomes, test results, defects, and data quality trends; prepare insights and stakeholder-ready summaries highlighting key trends and recommended actions
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O reports, data extracts, and management outputs to support operational investigations, reconciliations, and process validation
- Perform Azure DevOps analysis to review backlog items, defects, user stories, test evidence, and closure status to ensure alignment between requirements, documentation, and release readiness
- Support the application of the Fix, Flex, Free framework by identifying areas requiring process standardization and regional flexibility assessment
- Maintain process documentation, decision logs, assumptions, and open items to support transparent governance and effective review by process leads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including core finance and operations modules, system navigation, standard functionality, working tables, and data management projects
- 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, business process analysis, ERP support, testing, or transformation projects; exposure to Order-to-Cash processes preferred
- Proven ability to support UAT activities, including test preparation, execution tracking, defect follow-up, evidence collection, and validation of integrations between D365 F&O and other systems
- Analytical mindset with ability to investigate data, interpret process flows, document as-is processes, and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with business, technology, regional, and divisional stakeholders
- Adaptive and proactive with continuous learning mindset and willingness to expand ERP and process knowledge in a dynamic transformation environment
- Detail-oriented, structured in problem-solving, with ability to balance process discipline, data accuracy, and practical business outcomes
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in finance operations, business process analysis, ERP support, testing, or transformation projects; exposure to Order-to-Cash processes is strongly preferred. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and involvement in ERP implementation or transformation initiatives is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant ERP, process management, or project management certifications are a plus.
