Chanel seeks an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead data-driven strategy across North Asia from Hong Kong SAR.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions across North Asia markets
  • Oversee data collection, transformation, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships with retail, supply chain, and corporate teams
  • Define and monitor KPIs aligned with regional and global business objectives
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build and mentor a team of BI analysts and data specialists
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards across the region

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Business, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management
  • Proven track record leading BI initiatives in complex, multi-market environments
  • Advanced proficiency in BI platforms and database technologies
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics and regional commerce
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
