Chanel seeks an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead data-driven strategy across North Asia from Hong Kong SAR.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions across North Asia markets
- Oversee data collection, transformation, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships with retail, supply chain, and corporate teams
- Define and monitor KPIs aligned with regional and global business objectives
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Build and mentor a team of BI analysts and data specialists
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards across the region
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management
- Proven track record leading BI initiatives in complex, multi-market environments
- Advanced proficiency in BI platforms and database technologies
- Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics and regional commerce
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations

Experience
5+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles; 2+ years in a management or leadership capacity; demonstrated experience supporting retail, e-commerce, or luxury goods sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent field; MBA or advanced degree in analytics or business intelligence preferred
