Chanel Global Travel Retail seeks a Business Intelligence & Marketing Intern in Geneva for a 6-month full-time internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and share Travel Retail industry insights to strengthen team expertise and inform strategic decisions
- Conduct quarterly analyses of emerging industry trends and deliver monthly competitive intelligence reports
- Support consumer studies including reflection, brief preparation, and knowledge-sharing with operational teams
- Prepare monthly industry insights notes for distribution to operational teams across the organization
- Develop and execute the monthly internal newsletter highlighting team achievements and best practices
- Create internal presentations to communicate departmental results and expertise to regional and divisional stakeholders
- Take ownership of TFWA Singapore 2026 event coordination, including briefing, planning, budget management, and logistics support
- Assist in the preparation and execution of TFWA Cannes 2026, the industry's flagship event
- Contribute to the development and delivery of ad-hoc events and strategic initiatives
- Provide support in preparing presentations for strategic marketing initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field
- Fluent in English (mandatory for daily operations); French is the working language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrates strong team collaboration abilities in dynamic, international environments
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; however, candidates with exposure to market research, business analysis, or project coordination are advantageous. Strong academic foundation in business, marketing, or strategy disciplines is expected.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a closely related field. Internship must be part of the formal study program, required for degree completion, and validated through academic credit award.
