Chanel Hong Kong SAR: Business Finance Manager role leading FP&A and financial strategy for North Asia region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes for North Asia region
- Provide strategic financial advisory and insights to senior business leaders
- Manage financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics
- Oversee business finance team and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Support strategic business decisions with rigorous financial modeling and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning, business finance, or corporate finance
- Proven track record in financial analysis and business partnering
- Strong knowledge of luxury or high-end retail sectors preferred
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations

8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, business finance, strategic finance, or related functions within multinational organizations, preferably in luxury, consumer goods, or retail sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline. MBA or professional accountancy qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA) is advantageous.
