Role & Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of market financials across divisions and corporate functions, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
• Own the market performance narrative by integrating financial and business insights into coherent strategic analysis
• Deliver forward-looking analysis, scenarios, and risk/opportunity assessments to support executive decision making
• Drive monthly performance cadence, variance analysis, and stakeholder alignment across the organization
• Act as finance business partner to corporate functions including TDS, People & Organization, Supply Chain, Communications, Legal & Regulatory
• Provide financial insight, guidance, and recommendations on costs, structure, and organizational efficiency
• Lead and continuously improve planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning with focus on speed, accuracy, and simplicity
• Strengthen governance through robust frameworks, assumptions, and cross-functional alignment
• Drive adoption of finance systems, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual work and enhance insight generation
• Lead or support cross-functional business and finance projects at market level with robust business cases and scenario modeling
• Contribute to shaping business models, operational frameworks, and governance structures

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration with major in Finance, Accounting, Management Systems, Economics, or Quantitative Finance
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional work experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience
• Solid experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or luxury sectors including Fragrance & Beauty, Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry
• Experience in multinational or Asia-Pacific business environment

Skills

Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of professional work experience in finance or accounting roles, including at least 3–5 years in managerial or leadership capacity. Solid background in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or luxury industry segments. Preferred experience working in multinational organizations or Asia-Pacific markets.

Education

University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance, Accounting, Management Systems, Economics, or Quantitative Finance.
