Role & Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for corporate functions and sustainability programmes, translating ESG initiatives into quantifiable financial metrics.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Drive sustainability reporting and disclosure in alignment with accepted frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and ensure integration of ESG metrics into financial plans.
- Partner with sustainability, operations and legal teams to assess the financial impact of sustainability projects and capital investments.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and compliance for corporate and sustainability-related transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and third-party consultants on sustainability assurance, financial audits and statutory requirements.
- Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, scenario analysis and business cases for cross-functional programmes.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in corporate finance, FP&A or financial controlling with direct exposure to sustainability/ESG reporting.
- Proven ability to translate non-financial ESG data into financial metrics and to prepare external sustainability disclosures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency with financial systems and analytical tools; excellent Excel and presentation skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin advantageous in the Hong Kong market.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2–3 years in corporate finance, FP&A or financial controlling; demonstrable involvement in sustainability/ESG reporting or projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; a master's degree or specialised sustainability/ESG certification is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
