This division operates through a highly selective distribution network across more than 14 countries, embodying the retail spirit and showcasing each collection with meticulous attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor, and disseminate relevant and regular analyses and co-construct recurring reports.
  • Participate in the creation of incentives to boost in-store sales.
  • Develop performance KPIs for specific business events.
  • Contribute to the creation of committees aimed at engaging in-store teams.
  • Propose business development strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in the deployment of the engagement program for Fashion & Watches and Fine Jewelry teams.
  • Organize monthly committees and propose innovative engagement actions.
  • Draft quarterly newsletters covering market news and competition.
  • Adapt and translate digital learning content and analyze e-learning application KPIs.
  • Contribute to the creation of training content for Fashion teams.

Qualifications

  • Student from a business school (Bac+4/5 level) or equivalent.
  • Previous successful internship experience in roles such as Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or Operations Officer.

Skills

Analytical and commercial mindset. Excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills. Dynamic, curious, service-oriented, versatile, and flexible. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Previous successful internship experience in roles such as Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or Operations Officer.

Education

Student from a business school (Bac+4/5 level) or equivalent.
