Chanel Paris: Business Analyst internship supporting Key Accounts & national retail chains in Perfumes & Beauty. 6-month fixed-term role starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Compile and analyse monthly market and sales reports by distributor, tracking Chanel's performance across national retail channels
- Manage and analyse key data negotiated with retail chains including sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels
- Update and maintain retailer-specific reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Conduct ad hoc analyses including stock rotation, sell-through rates, and brand contribution metrics
- Monitor brand expression KPIs by retail chain, including merchandising compliance and top-tier product performance
- Analyse customer data via Sephora Intelligence and other retail intelligence platforms
- Coordinate new product referencing, manage data collection for product launches and discontinuations
- Oversee monthly sampling allocation and distribution to retail partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent post-secondary education (BAC+5)
- Minimum 6 months prior experience in analytical or commercial functions
- Advanced Excel proficiency and data management capabilities
- Strong quantitative analysis and synthesis abilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting analytical insights
- Demonstrated interest in perfumes, beauty, and retail distribution
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills across multiple departments

Experience
Minimum 6 months of analytical, commercial, or business operations experience, ideally within perfumes, beauty, or selective retail environments.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification (BAC+5 or higher).
