Chanel seeks a Business Analyst Intern for its Watches & Jewellery division in Paris starting January 2027. Develop data analytics and BI expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports via PowerBI, delivering consolidated strategic visibility across European watch and jewellery operations
  • Participate in monthly closures and consolidation of European revenue figures, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Support budget planning phases with focus on Advertising & Promotion P&L analysis and reporting
  • Manage and optimise Business Intelligence tools by maintaining data quality and consistency within the reporting platform, collaborating with project teams on enhancements incorporating AI capabilities
  • Serve as a reference contact for operational teams in developing and optimising new reports to facilitate management decision-making
  • Update and monitor sales distribution across all European channels regularly to identify trends and optimise commercial strategy
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and prepare management presentations tailored to specific business needs

Qualifications

  • Student enrolled in a leading business school or engineering school
  • Minimum 6 months prior experience in financial management or controlling
  • Proficiency with information systems and business software platforms
  • Strong analytical capability with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diplomatic approach
  • Autonomous and capable of managing competing priorities effectively

Experience
