Chanel Fashion seeks a Business Analyst intern in Paris (January 2027) to drive product analytics, BI, and strategic initiatives within the Maison's international strategy team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional analyses across all product lines, including purchasing, sales, and inventory evaluations
- Maintain product master data integrity and ensure data quality within business intelligence systems
- Develop and evolve Power BI dashboards and analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making
- Create new analytical reports in Excel and Power BI that inform strategic product direction
- Identify and implement process improvements within the department to foster cross-functional strategic alignment
- Communicate insights and findings with all departmental teams to build comprehensive, cross-functional understanding
- Actively contribute to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives including Retviews and Fashion BI Rebuild projects
Qualifications
- Final-year student or recently graduated from a leading business or engineering school (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English language skills
- Prior experience in an analytical environment
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical reasoning and data interpretation abilities
- Rigorous, precise, responsive, reliable, and engaged approach to work
- Genuine interest in fashion and luxury goods
- Collaborative team orientation
