Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using PowerBI to provide a consolidated strategic view of activities.
  • Participate in monthly financial closings and the consolidation of European revenue, ensuring data reliability and integrity.
  • Contribute to budgetary analyses and updates of P&L reports, with a focus on Advertising & Promotion.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency within reporting tools and collaborate with project teams on AI-driven tool enhancements.
  • Serve as a key contact for operational teams in creating and optimizing new reports to facilitate decision-making.
  • Regularly update distribution across all sales channels in Europe to identify trends and optimize commercial strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and prepare presentations for management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a top-tier business or engineering school.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in management control, confirming a strong affinity for numbers and analysis.

Skills

Proficiency in information systems. Recognized for rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities calmly. Strong interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach. Curiosity and commitment in all undertakings. Essential proficiency in IT tools. Proficiency in English is preferred.

Experience

At least 6 months of experience in management control, with a demonstrated interest in data analysis and reporting.

Education

Currently enrolled in a leading business or engineering school.
