Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts for the Fragrances & Beauty catalog across Europe.
- Manage stock allocation for new product launches in European markets.
- Prepare and animate market feedback analysis meetings for new products with Marketing & Merchandising teams.
- Establish guidelines for forecasting upcoming launches in collaboration with regional Marketing.
- Participate in the construction of estimates for future product launches.
- Support the monthly revision of forecasts for the product catalog.
- Review and optimize existing reports and recommend improvements.
- Animate and automate portfolio tracking.
- Construct dashboards and automated files for tracking forecasts against budget.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous significant experience in an analytical role within a business setting.
- Bilingual in English and fluent in French.
