Chanel internship: Business Analysis & Retail Coordination in Paris, Mode division. January–July 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance analyses of Mode boutiques and sales personnel, tracking key metrics including sales revenue, customer traffic, and cross-selling activities
- Support the Retail Development Project Manager in performance monitoring and reporting
- Construct, monitor, and communicate weekly incentive programme results to sales teams
- Execute ad hoc analyses in response to evolving business needs and strategic priorities
- Assist the Retail Animation Project Manager in organizing and facilitating monthly manager committees, including preparation of presentations and reporting
- Develop qualitative monthly network reports synthesizing key operational insights
- Provide administrative support to boutiques regarding duplicates, cross-commissions, and related operational requests
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Grande École de Commerce (master's level, Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to adapt across multiple stakeholder environments
- Fluent French (native speaker or bilingual proficiency)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
Previous internship experience in a related role such as Business Analyst, Product Merchandiser, Retail Coordinator, or Operations Officer preferred.
Education
Graduate from a school of commerce (Bac+4/5 minimum level).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
