Chanel seeks Business Analyst & Project Manager in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Drive operational excellence across logistics, distribution, and after-sales services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Construct, validate, and evolve dashboards and performance indicators for operations: delivery times, service quality, costs, inventory, workflow, productivity, and related metrics
- Analyze operational data to identify variances, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities; prepare clear analyses and decision support materials for management
- Define and harmonize KPI frameworks, business rules, and calculation methodologies with all stakeholders
- Contribute to budgetary exercises and workforce planning through reliable analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Gather, clarify, and prioritize needs from Distribution, Transport & Customs, After-Sales Service, and Sales Administration teams
- Scope projects: define objectives, perimeter, schedule, governance, resources, risks, budget, and success criteria
- Lead optimization, digitalization, and business tool evolution projects in coordination with IT teams and external partners
- Facilitate working sessions, coordinate contributors, and ensure follow-up of decisions and action plans
- Support change management initiatives and measure realized benefits
- Map end-to-end processes to identify friction points, redundancies, operational risks, and automation opportunities
- Propose and deploy pragmatic solutions to improve workflow fluidity, service quality, and cost control
- Foster a data-driven decision-making culture and commitment to continuous improvement across teams
Qualifications
- Upper-level education in Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum five years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, PMO officer, Operations Consultant, or Supply Chain Analyst
- Strong grasp of logistics, distribution, customer service/after-sales, international commerce, or sales administration
- Proven project management capabilities: scoping, planning, multi-stakeholder coordination, risk management, and change enablement
- Demonstrated analytical rigor, strong sense of prioritization, and pragmatic problem-solving orientation
- Fluency in French and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong expertise with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM, WMS, or TMS platforms is advantageous

Education
Upper-level degree in Supply Chain Management, General Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
