Chanel Brand Ambassador in Zona Centro, Querétaro — represent Chanel as a Brand Ambassador delivering luxury client service and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the public face of Chanel in Zona Centro — deliver impeccable, personalised service that reflects the maison’s standards of elegance and discretion.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling, follow-up and appointment management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI metrics through expert product presentation and consultative selling.
- Provide authoritative product knowledge across Chanel categories (fashion, leather goods, beauty, fragrance) and advise clients on styling and product selection.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, floor readiness, stock management and adherence to brand presentation guidelines.
- Coordinate with store management on client events, private appointments and bespoke client services to drive retention and acquisition.
- Complete transactional and administrative tasks accurately using the store’s sales and POS systems while protecting client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to represent a luxury brand with poise and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for client management and boutique standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and special events.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail or as a brand ambassador with demonstrable success in client retention and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma required; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, hospitality or business is preferred.
