Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Protection team in daily enforcement activities: monitoring marketplaces, social media and distribution channels for infringements and counterfeit goods.
  • Prepare watch reports, infringement analyses and evidence bundles to support takedowns, customs seizures and legal actions.
  • Draft standard cease‑and‑desist letters, take‑down requests and correspondence under supervision.
  • Coordinate with external counsel, platform contacts and enforcement partners (customs, law enforcement, anti‑counterfeiting agencies).
  • Assist with trademark and domain name watch processes and maintenance of IP records and databases.
  • Contribute to internal trainings, presentations and cross‑functional briefings on IP risks and enforcement priorities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a law programme (LL.B/LL.M/Master 1–2) with a specialisation or strong interest in intellectual property, trademark or commercial law.
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills; meticulous attention to detail when preparing evidentiary documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a demanding, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Professional fluency in French and strong working knowledge of English preferred.
  • Prior internship experience in IP, litigation, in‑house legal teams or with law firms is an advantage.
