Chanel seeks Brand Manager - Skincare in London to lead strategic direction and commercial performance of the skincare portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute skincare brand strategy aligned with Chanel's luxury positioning and global market demands
- Monitor competitive landscape and consumer trends to identify market opportunities and inform product innovation
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and creative teams to manage product launches and portfolio evolution
- Analyze sales data and market performance metrics to optimize product mix and pricing strategies
- Manage brand communications and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and markets
- Oversee P&L accountability for assigned skincare category and drive commercial targets
- Liaise with retail partners and stakeholders to ensure effective brand representation and sell-through
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of brand management or product management experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching skincare products or managing prestige beauty portfolios
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with proven ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions

Experience

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline. An MBA or advanced qualification in brand management or business strategy is preferred.
