Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a unique and memorable experience for each customer at every point of sale.
  • Verify expenses and ensure proper financial documentation.
  • Rotate across stores in Nuevo León across all retail chains.
  • Maintain exceptional in-store experiences.
  • Ensure sales targets and key performance indicators are met.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role with extensive knowledge in skincare and makeup.
  • Certification or courses in Makeup.
  • Flexibility to learn and develop continuously.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Results-oriented with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in customer service, particularly in the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of skincare and makeup.

This position is based in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.

Compensation

Base salary plus variable pay.
