The Boutique Welcomist represents Chanel as the first point of contact, welcoming clients, managing boutique traffic and supporting a tailored client journey, including appointments, beverage service and Art of Wrapping. This temporary, full-time role is governed by the CCNL Terziario Commercio, with annual gross salary from €25,000, commensurate with experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Maison in the boutique, following grooming guidelines.
- Warmly welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate areas and Fashion Advisors based on their visit, providing tailored service to VICs.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and manage boutique traffic smoothly, with a focus on international clients.
- During waiting periods, engage clients in conversation using the Maison’s resources to ensure a pleasant wait.
- Stay informed about the city’s cultural activities to facilitate small talk with clients and support Fashion Advisors.
- Share useful information with the manager to improve the client experience.
- Support boutique services throughout the client journey, including appointment management, beverage service and Art of Wrapping (packaging).
- Follow the instructions in the Boutique Charter to support the smooth operation of the store.
- Contribute to Morning Briefs.
