Chanel in Singapore seeks a Boutique Visual Merchandiser to conceive and execute luxury in-store and window displays for the brand's boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global seasonal visual directives into compelling boutique window and in-store presentations that reinforce Chanel’s brand codes and storytelling.
- Design, plan and execute window displays, floor sets and feature vignettes to optimize product visibility and elevate the client experience.
- Manage installation logistics, fixtures, props and mannequins; supervise external fitters and ensure all builds meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with boutique management, merchandising and marketing to align product launches, promotional calendars and campaign assets.
- Maintain visual guidelines, planograms and display inventories; adapt global concepts to the boutique’s physical constraints and local market sensitivities.
- Coach sales teams on presentation standards and styling techniques to ensure consistency across service interactions and client journeys.
- Monitor visual-driven KPIs (traffic flow, conversion, average transaction value) and provide post-campaign analysis and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail visual merchandising, with demonstrated ability to deliver boutique-level displays.
- Keen aesthetic sensibility and deep understanding of luxury brand presentation, color, proportion and composition.
- Practical experience with mannequin styling, lighting, fixture collaboration and installation oversight.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and tight seasonal deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work across merchandising, store operations and marketing teams.

Typically 3+ years of hands-on visual merchandising experience within luxury, premium fashion or high-end retail environments, with a portfolio of executed boutique displays and seasonal campaigns.
Education
Diploma or degree in visual merchandising, fashion, interior design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
