Chanel Singapore seeks a Boutique Visual Merchandiser to design and execute luxury window and in-store displays for its Singapore boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global visual merchandising directives and seasonal concepts into boutique-level window displays and in-store environments that reinforce the Chanel aesthetic.
- Design, plan and execute daily and campaign installations including window sets, mannequins, product zoning, props, signage and lighting.
- Maintain consistency of brand standards across the boutique through regular floor resets, stock rotation and presentation audits.
- Collaborate with store management, sales teams and external suppliers to schedule installations, procure materials and manage on-site contractors.
- Prepare installation briefs, scale drawings and mock-ups; source and steward props, textiles and finishes appropriate to luxury materials.
- Train boutique staff on visual standards, styling techniques and maintenance procedures to ensure sustained presentation quality.
- Monitor visual KPIs (sell-through by display, conversion impact) and provide actionable feedback to improve merchandising effectiveness.
- Manage minor workshop repairs, crate/uncrate shipments and ensure safe handling and storage of mannequins and display assets.
Qualifications
- Professional portfolio demonstrating luxury retail displays, window concepts and executed boutique environments.
- 2–4 years' experience in visual merchandising for high-end fashion, leather goods or comparable luxury retail environments.
- Strong command of Chanel brand language, color, texture and proportion; sophisticated eye for composition and storytelling.
- Practical experience with store installation processes, rigging, lighting adjustment and prop fabrication.
- Excellent interpersonal and project coordination skills; ability to liaise with store management and external vendors.

Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in luxury boutique environments, with a demonstrable portfolio of window displays and in-store campaigns executed from concept to installation.
Education
Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, Set Design or a related creative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
