Chanel seeks a Boutique Supervisor (Watches & Fine Jewelry) in Hong Kong to lead boutique sales, clienteling and luxury product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach boutique sales team to achieve sales targets and client development objectives within the watches and fine jewelry categories.
- Manage daily store operations including high-value inventory control, secure handling of watches and jewelry, and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling: cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP and prospective clients, coordinate private appointments and follow-up for bespoke and after‑sales service.
- Ensure merchandising and boutique presentation align with Chanel brand standards and seasonal directives issued by headquarters.
- Train staff on product knowledge (watch movements, gemology, craftsmanship), sales techniques, CRM use and compliance requirements.
- Oversee scheduling, performance feedback, and ensure operational KPIs (sales per advisor, conversion, average transaction value) are met and reported.
- Liaise with regional management and after‑sales/service teams on repairs, consignments, and warranty matters; manage boutique communications and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches and/or fine jewelry boutiques.
- Deep product knowledge of watchmaking fundamentals and jewelry (gemology, metals, setting techniques) or demonstrable willingness to develop technical expertise.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding boutique sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills; ability to build a client-focused, high-performing team.
- Discretion, professionalism, and familiarity with security and inventory-control protocols for high-value merchandise.
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua) preferred for the Hong Kong market.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in luxury retail with at least 5 years' overall experience in watches, fine jewelry or related premium categories. Proven success developing clienteles and achieving boutique sales targets.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
