Chanel Boutique Supervisor position in Hong Kong SAR - lead retail team and drive luxury sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise boutique team members, ensuring adherence to Chanel brand standards and service protocols
- Drive boutique sales performance and achievement of monthly and seasonal targets
- Manage client relationships and ensure personalized, elevated service experiences
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
- Coach and develop team members, conducting training sessions and performance evaluations
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures
- Report on sales metrics, team performance, and operational challenges to regional management
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or management experience in luxury retail

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
