Role & Responsibilities
- Support and supervise Senior Fashion Advisors and Fashion Advisors in delivering ultimate luxury customer experience on the sales floor
- Perform regular inspections of team grooming and professional presentation to uphold Chanel brand image standards
- Conduct daily checks on window and in-boutique visual merchandising displays to ensure alignment with seasonal directives and brand essence
- Observe floor performance, provide prompt assistance with customer inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively to ensure client satisfaction
- Incorporate Client Service Values into all service actions and support team members in providing exceptional after-sales service
- Maintain and develop client data (CEM) to facilitate personalized service and long-lasting customer relationships
- Direct regular cycle inventory counts and monitor merchandise handling to prevent stock losses, pilferage, or damage
- Control and monitor customer traffic and staff deployment to ensure optimal manpower allocation and operational efficiency
- Verify transactions, oversee daily cash counting, and ensure accurate completion of sales documentation and reporting
- Assist with daily boutique opening and closing procedures, including staff bag checks at shift end
- Gather qualitative information on customer trends, competitor activity, and merchandise movement for regular reporting to Fashion Management
- Promote teamwork and foster close collaboration within the boutique and across other locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' relevant retail supervisory experience
- Solid background in the retail industry
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to manage diverse clientele
- Well-groomed appearance with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Openness to feedback and capability to deliver constructive messages in a positive manner
- Computer literacy and proficiency with retail systems
- Previous experience in fashion and luxury retail environments is advantageous

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant retail supervisory experience with a solid background in the retail industry. Previous working experience in the fashion and luxury sector is definitely advantageous and highly valued.
Education
Secondary school graduate. University degree is a plus.
