Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day boutique operations to ensure a flawless client experience aligned with Chanel brand standards.
  • Coach, develop and motivate sales advisors to achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage visual merchandising and in-store presentation to preserve brand image and seasonal directives.

Experience
