Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as deputy to boutique managers across the Kanto region, ensuring consistent brand standards and operational excellence in each boutique.
  • Drive sales performance and KPIs through active clienteling, appointment selling and personalised service for high-value clientele.
  • Coach, mentor and develop boutique teams; oversee recruitment, training and daily staff management to sustain a high-performance retail culture.
  • Manage inventory controls, stock replenishment and loss-prevention processes; liaise with regional supply teams to optimise availability.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain presentation standards for product displays, windows and in-store events.
  • Coordinate client events, private appointments and trunk shows to deepen relationships with key clients and grow wallet share.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail with supervisory responsibility; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.

  • Excellent clienteling skills and experience with appointment-driven, high-value sales.
  • Fluent Japanese with professional-level business communication; business English proficiency desirable.
  • Ability to travel across the Kanto region as required and to represent the brand at client events and store openings.
