Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute boutique sales plans in alignment with company targets
- Collaborate with boutique manager, supervisors, and headquarters to negotiate requirements with department stores and vendors
- Plan and execute promotional events and special occasions in coordination with senior management
- Monitor product trends and inventory levels to optimize store operations and merchandise mix
- Manage customer relationships through acquisition of new clients and retention of existing patrons
- Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale reconciliation
- Implement loss prevention measures and respond to security incidents and customer complaints
- Manage boutique operating expenses and financial reporting
- Supervise, evaluate, and mentor fashion advisors to ensure brand standards and sales performance
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of management experience in apparel retail
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of approximately ten staff members
- Strong leadership capabilities with ability to set an example and positively influence colleagues
