Chanel Okinawa is hiring a Boutique Sub Manager to support boutique operations and sales in Okinawa.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring consistent delivery of Chanel standards for customer experience and visual presentation
  • Lead and coach sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets; conduct onboarding, training and performance feedback
  • Manage boutique staffing, scheduling and shift coverage while maintaining service continuity during peak periods
  • Oversee clienteling and CRM activities to develop long-term relationships and maximize repeat business
  • Coordinate stock intake, inventory control and replenishment with adherence to loss-prevention procedures
  • Ensure visual merchandising compliance and upkeep of luxury presentation standards across sales floor and displays
  • Handle customer escalations and complex enquiries with discretion and brand-sensitive solutions
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reporting and liaise with regional management on operational matters

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail with demonstrable sales results
  • Experience supervising or leading a retail team, with strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory control and boutique operations
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business targets into frontline actions
  • Professional demeanour, discretion and commitment to luxury service standards
