Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in delivering daily store operations and ensuring adherence to Chanel’s standards of service and presentation.
  • Drive sales performance by coaching and motivating the boutique team to achieve individual and store KPIs.
  • Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships through personalised clienteling and follow-up activities.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure boutique presentation aligns with seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and accurate point-of-sale procedures to safeguard merchandise and optimise availability.
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews; provide frontline coaching and development to retail staff.
  • Ensure compliance with loss-prevention, cash-handling and company operational policies.
  • Coordinate boutique events and local activations in collaboration with the store manager and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in luxury retail with progressive responsibility; prior experience in a supervisory or assistant-management role preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and developing client portfolios.
