Chanel internship: 6-month Fashion boutique stock assistant role in Monaco, starting January 2027. Support inventory and logistics operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing product flows including carton opening, labeling, barcoding, and reserve storage placement
- Locate and retrieve requested products from inventory and make them immediately available to sales teams
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization according to established stock procedures
- Arrange storage of unsold merchandise within the back office and boutique
- Coordinate product transfers to other boutiques and prepare customer shipments
- Participate in periodic stock inventory counts and reconciliation
Qualifications
- Interest in logistics and the luxury fashion sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage urgency and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Skills
Experience
No specific prior logistics experience required; candidates with retail or stock management exposure are advantaged.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; candidates enrolled in or recently completed studies in logistics, supply chain, or retail management are preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Monaco, Monaco.
