CHANEL is recruiting Boutique Seasonal Support for its fashion boutiques in Melbourne. This seasonal, part-time role supports sales teams with client service and back-of-house operations during the festive period, including gift wrapping, stock handling, garment steaming, and client hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gift-wrap client purchases in the CHANEL style.
- Retrieve stock for the front-of-house team, help unpack stock deliveries, and steam items for clients.
- Welcome clients to the boutique and offer hospitality, including refreshments.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a genuine client-first mindset.
- A passion for luxury fashion, styling, and the CHANEL brand, with the confidence to discuss fashion creations and provide personalised recommendations.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and confidence when connecting with clients during busy trading periods.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with CHANEL guidelines.
- Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster aligned with store trading hours, including regular late-night trading and weekends; hours will expand during the peak November and December trading period.
