Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the distinctive style and heritage of Chanel within a Paris boutique setting
- Deliver exceptional client experience aligned with the Maison's values to a multicultural clientele of local and international guests
- Provide personalized, attentive client consultation, building confidence and genuine connections
- Inspire client interest across the entire Fashion collection and product universe of the Maison
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through professional excellence
- Contribute actively to team dynamics and retail performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and openness
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +2 to +5 (or equivalent higher education qualification)
- Genuine enthusiasm for Chanel, fashion, and luxury retail
- Understanding of and commitment to the Maison's values and codes
- Fluent English (essential)
- Multicultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds
