Chanel Boutique Sales Manager position in Guadalajara – lead sales operations and luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sales associates and boutique staff to meet and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets
- Develop and implement client relationship strategies to build a loyal clientele and enhance repeat business
- Ensure consistency in luxury retail presentation, visual merchandising, and store maintenance standards
- Train and mentor boutique staff on product knowledge, client service protocols, and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain to optimize stock availability
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and report to regional management
- Maintain compliance with Chanel brand guidelines and corporate policies at all times
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail sales management or equivalent supervisory role
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Advanced proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and clienteling practices
- Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
Skills
Experience
5 years or more of retail sales management experience, preferably within luxury fashion, watches, jewelry, or premium beauty sectors. Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve or exceed targets in a boutique or high-end retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
