Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through a curated in-boutique journey tailored to their personal style and morphology
- Deliver an ultimate, warm, and bespoke experience to each client through comprehensive product knowledge across all lines
- Develop and cultivate client relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Build and nurture a client portfolio to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit
- Embody the Chanel aesthetic and heritage as a true brand ambassador, communicating the house's design narrative and savoir-faire
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to implementing strategic action plans
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and inventory awareness to optimize commercial performance
- Master sales ceremonial procedures and additional sales techniques, escalating client feedback to management to refine boutique purchasing strategy
