Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin and productivity objectives while ensuring impeccable client service.
  • Coach, develop and schedule boutique staff; recruit and retain high-performing sales advisors aligned with Chanel’s service standards.
  • Drive clienteling strategy and CRM utilisation to build long-term relationships with high-value clients and maximise lifetime value.
  • Manage inventory integrity, stock replenishment, seasonal allocation and loss-prevention procedures in partnership with regional supply teams.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure the boutique reflects the maison’s aesthetic, product presentation and display standards.
  • Oversee administrative and operational tasks including cash handling, POS reconciliation, local compliance, and boutique reporting.
  • Collaborate with regional management on business reviews, local marketing initiatives and in-market events to grow brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management with progressive responsibility in a boutique or flagship environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-touch client experiences and sustained sales performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing store P&L, stock control and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Spanish and professional level English preferred.
  • High standards of discretion, presentation and knowledge of high-end product categories (fashion, leather goods, accessories, and/or beauty).

Experience
