Boutique Operations Manager at Chanel Singapore – lead boutique operations and team excellence in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the boutique location
- Manage and supervise boutique staff, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with Chanel's brand standards
- Monitor sales performance, inventory management, and financial metrics
