Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure adherence to Chanel's exacting standards of excellence
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance across all boutique departments
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, visual merchandising standards, and store presentation
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets whilst preserving brand prestige and exclusivity

- Ensure compliance with all operational policies, health and safety regulations, and local requirements
- Coordinate with regional management and other departments on strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail operations management or similar supervisory role
- Demonstrable track record of driving sales and operational excellence in high-end retail environments
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and clientele expectations
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail operations, boutique management, or equivalent senior retail leadership role, preferably within a prestigious fashion or accessories brand.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
