Chanel seeks an experienced Boutique Operations Manager in Nanjing to lead retail operations and drive excellence in luxury customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Chanel boutique, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to maintain high performance standards across all team members
  • Monitor inventory management, stock levels, and merchandise presentation in alignment with Chanel brand standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and luxury retail best practices
  • Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through strategic leadership and team development
  • Maintain boutique appearance, security, and facility management to reflect Chanel's prestige and heritage

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail operations or boutique management
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail operations, team leadership, and inventory management
