Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct daily boutique operations to ensure flawless client service and strict adherence to Chanel brand standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, rostering and ongoing coaching to develop high-performing sales and operational teams.
  • Own commercial performance: drive sales, monitor KPIs, implement action plans and collaborate with regional management to achieve targets.
  • Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures in coordination with supply chain and security.
  • Oversee boutique visual merchandising and product presentation in partnership with VM and wholesale/merchandising teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, licensing and health & safety requirements and maintain corporate governance standards.
  • Operate the boutique P&L by controlling operating expenses, optimizing labour scheduling and delivering margin improvements.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client relationship management, VIP service and complex aftercare issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing a retail team in a luxury or premium environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience in inventory control, loss prevention and stock reconciliation.
  • Exceptional client service orientation, discretion and ability to manage high-value client relationships.
  • Capacity to enforce and elevate brand standards across operations and visual presentation.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel regionally as required.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred (business, hospitality, retail or fashion management advantageous).
