Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure rigorous implementation and compliance of boutique standard operating procedures covering visual merchandising, housekeeping, staff grooming, asset protection, and occupational health and safety
- Lead stock team, customer service associates, boutique assistants, alterations staff, and cashiers to maintain operational procedures for sales, inventory management, transfers, and after-sales service
- Manage team rostering, vendor relationships, and boutique procurement matters as applicable
- Oversee accurate completion of daily sales transactions and operational documentation
- Address operational issues promptly and provide guidance to team members on policy clarification
- Develop and promote a culture of operational excellence, optimization, and continuous improvement within the boutique
- Lead boutique-level projects to enhance operational efficiency and client and employee experience
- Motivate and develop boutique support staff through regular performance conversations and learning initiatives
- Collaborate with office retail operations team on implementation of regional and company-wide projects
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of retail operations experience
- Minimum 3 years of team management or supervisory experience
- Experience in fashion or luxury retail sector is preferred
- Strong knowledge of boutique operations procedures and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational priorities

Experience
At least 5 years of retail operations experience with a minimum of 3 years in team management or supervisory roles. Prior working experience in the fashion or luxury industry is advantageous.
