Chanel Boutique Operations Manager position in Guadalajara, Mexico—lead luxury retail operations and drive strategic growth in high-performing store environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure seamless execution of business objectives
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain elevated service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising displays, and visual presentation consistency with brand guidelines
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales performance
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and relevant local regulations
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and implement personalized clienteling strategies
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with regional headquarters on business planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail operations management or similar high-end environment
