Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise all boutique operations to ensure performance, productivity, and alignment with Chanel's luxury standards
- Manage the back-office team through recruitment, leadership development, goal-setting, performance reviews, and one-to-one coaching
- Oversee inventory management including stock organization, allocation, and reconciliation to ensure product availability and prevent discrepancies
- Coordinate after-sales activities including alterations and customer care services
- Monitor and optimize cash management, working schedules, and administrative functions to support sales objectives
- Convey Chanel strategy and house values to teams, ensuring objectives are understood and executed effectively
- Identify team development areas and formulate training programmes to enhance skills and performance
- Maintain boutique environment standards reflecting Chanel's luxury positioning whilst providing an efficient back-office workplace
- Supervise stock-taking and manage stock transfers to address out-of-stock or over-stock situations
- Report on stock performance and flow to management to optimize buying sessions and sales performance
- Monitor retail indicators including turnover, sell-through, and boutique traffic, proposing corrective actions as required
- Monitor operational costs and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and financial regulations
- Contribute to innovation projects implementing new tools and services to improve client experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of documented experience in retail operations
- Minimum 4 years of team management experience
- Proven people management capability with engagement, communication, performance orientation, and continuous improvement mindset
- Self-driven, positive, and independent with high integrity and ethical standards
- Decisive and results-oriented with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Passion for client experience, luxury, and beauty sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English proficiency required; additional languages preferred
