Chanel Boutique Operations Manager position in Guadalajara, Mexico—lead luxury retail operations and drive strategic growth in high-performing store environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure seamless execution of business objectives
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain elevated service standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, merchandising displays, and visual presentation consistency with brand guidelines
  • Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales performance
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and relevant local regulations
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and implement personalized clienteling strategies
