Chanel seeks a Boutique Operations Manager in Bangkok to lead daily store operations, inventory management, and team performance in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation
- Supervise and motivate sales and support staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor financial performance, sales metrics, and budget adherence
- Ensure compliance with Chanel brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Foster exceptional client relationships and resolve escalated service matters
- Coordinate with regional and global teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years boutique or luxury retail operations experience
- Proven track record managing P&L and inventory for high-volume boutiques
- Fluency in English and Thai
- Strong knowledge of luxury brand standards and client service protocols

Experience
5+ years in luxury retail operations management or equivalent responsibility in a high-end boutique environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent professional qualification.
