Chanel is seeking a Boutique Operations Intern for a six-month internship starting in March 2027 at a boutique in Brussels. The intern will support the Operations Manager with performance monitoring and action plans, coordinate with boutique stakeholders, and gain hands-on exposure to retail indicators, team briefings, visual merchandising, stock, and Care & Repair.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily retail performance indicators, including traffic, average basket, and monthly target achievement overall and by product line.
- Analyse product and collection performance, including sell-through, month coverage, slow and best-sellers, and merchandising highlights.
- Support stock and sales teams in streamlining client reservations, transfers, and pending sales.
- Support the employee experience and safeguard the boutique’s image in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate the boutique opening and follow up on reservations and claims.
- Support teams and lead briefings.

- Ease with figures to analyse retail and product indicators.
- Organisational rigour.
- A sense of service and ease of speech.
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent French and English.
