Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience
  • Serve as the expert resource on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools for the entire boutique team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients
  • Support daily operations including opening and closing of registers, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, damage assessments, and stock management
  • Understand and execute inventory management processes
  • Maintain an organized and controlled stock storage system while processing received stock and recording entries into the system
  • Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager
  • Partner with the Assistant Boutique Manager to execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits
  • Uphold an omnichannel mindset to deliver seamless client experiences across in-store and online touchpoints
  • Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support
  • Build positive team relationships to foster trust and collaboration throughout the boutique
