Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience
- Serve as an expert resource on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools for the entire boutique team
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with CHANEL's service standards, including greeting and welcoming clients
- Support daily operations including opening and closing registers, receiving and shipping inventory, and managing stock and restock requirements
- Understand and execute inventory management processes within the boutique
- Maintain organized and controlled stock storage systems and process received inventory into the system
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to boutique leadership
- Partner with Assistant Boutique Manager to execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory
- Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure seamless client experience across in-store and online channels
- Uphold brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support
- Build positive team relationships to foster trust and collaboration throughout the boutique
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related retail or operations experience
- Ability to move and lift heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Experience in the fragrance and beauty industry preferred
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Strong understanding of and passion for client experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
