Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools within the boutique.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with Chanel's service mantra.
- Support daily operations, including register management, inventory handling, and stock organization.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Boutique Manager on stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance & beauty industry.
- Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Compensation
