Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience
- Serve as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems, and Tools, acting as a resource for the entire boutique team
- Deliver exceptional customer service based on Chanel's service mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients
- Support daily operations including opening and closing of registers, management of incoming and outgoing shipments, processing of damages, and coordination of stock and restock needs
- Understand and implement inventory management processes
- Maintain an organized and controlled stock storage system and process received stock into the system
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager
- Partner with the Assistant Boutique Manager to execute stock cycle count programs and annual physical inventory
- Uphold an omni-channel mindset to deliver seamless client experiences across in-store and online channels
- Maintain co-ownership of brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements
- Serve as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support
- Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related retail, operations, or hospitality experience
- Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability to work late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Experience in the fragrance and beauty industry strongly preferred
- Passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Ability to thrive in and contribute positively to a collaborative retail environment
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within Chanel
Skills
Experience
3+ years of related experience in retail operations, inventory management, hospitality, or a similar role requiring multitasking in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to operational detail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail, operations, or business-related training or certification is a plus.
