Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience.
- Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, serving as a resource for the entire boutique team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service mantra, including welcoming and hosting clients.
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing of registers, handling shipments, and managing stock needs.
- Understand and execute inventory management processes.
- Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock into the system.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Partner with the Assistant Boutique Manager to execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
- Promote an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
- Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador.
- Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
- Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Compensation
