CHANEL seeks a Boutique Operations Assistant in Boca Raton to provide elevated client service and versatile sales and operational support, including shipment and inventory processes, packaging, cash handling, and boutique opening and closing. The role requires at least one year of related experience, a high school diploma, and schedule flexibility for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; the anticipated rate is $24.70–$28.00 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with CHANEL’s service mantra, welcoming and greeting all clients and hosting them.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Support the Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
- Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
- Support register opening and closing, and assist with cash handling and deposits.
- Handle administrative duties, including answering phone calls, to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Support all boutique activities as needed, helping sales associates maximize client-facing time.
- Be present in-store to facilitate boutique opening and closing, receive inventory, and ship products in support of sales and optimal client service.
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.
- Able to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
