Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily boutique operations to meet brand standards, including sales performance, visual merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Drive sales and KPIs through proactive clienteling, personalised service and implementation of promotional initiatives.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; conduct performance reviews, set targets and manage schedules to optimise coverage.
  • Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising directives and maintain the boutique’s aesthetic integrity at all times.
  • Manage stock flow, replenishment and store-level inventory reconciliation; liaise with supply chain and regional teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee customer service escalation, cultivate long-term client relationships and represent the brand at client events and VIP appointments.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, financial controls and local regulatory requirements; prepare regular sales and operational reports for regional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail management experience with responsibility for P&L, team leadership and measurable sales growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a premium retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills, including recruitment, coaching and talent development.
  • Fluent communication skills with the ability to deliver exceptional client service and cultivate high-net-worth relationships.
  • High attention to detail, discretion and a commitment to upholding brand standards and visual identity.

Experience
